RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Important Notices
1. We do not accept exchanges of any sort. Please purchase your print carefully.
2. We do not accept refunds or returns due to a change of mind.
3. We do not accept refunds after 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
4. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns
KIRKLA has a 30 calendar days Return Policy. Simply, this means you have up to 30 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible, as this allows us more time to assist you.
To be eligible for your return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received the item(s). This means, unused/unworn/original tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/order number or proof of purchase. For eligible returns. We will not charge you for return postage. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label at no extra cost to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
We do not accept refunds or returns for on-sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item(s) thoroughly upon receiving it/them to ensure you are happy with your order. If you find an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@kirkla.co.nz. We will endeavour to evaluate the situation.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as (food/flowers/plants), Customer products such as (special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods such as (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s) via: contact@kirkla.co.nz
Refunds
Please notify us if you want to make a refund enquiry within 14 business days with a reason for the refund. We do not accept refunds due to a change of mind. We will advise once we have received your enquiry for a refund, and we will reach out to you via email once we have inspected your request. We will then let you know if the refund has been approved or declined. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of a successful refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
In the event that your item arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at contact@kirkla.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
