SHIPPING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Important Notices
1. We do not offer in-person pick-up for our products
2. All shipping rates are calculated in NZD (New Zealand Dollar). We currently do not ship outside of New Zealand.
3. We are not able to deliver to post office boxes or private boxes. We can only ship to physical addresses.
Domestic Shipping Timeframes
All of our prints are printed on demand, which means prints can take up to 5-7 working days to print and prepare. Shipping to a New Zealand address can take a further 5 working days. Rural deliveries are expected to take an extra 2-3 working days. Once your order is placed and the print is on its way to you, we will notify you via email. Please ensure your address is recognised as an address that receives mail.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We charge a flat fee for all shipping within New Zealand of $15. If your order is over $200 (inc. GST - Goods Service Tax), domestic shipping will be free of charge.
International Shipping
We currently only ship domestically within New Zealand; we do not ship internationally.

Checking the Status of your order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2 working days for the tracking information to be emailed to you. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 2 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@kirkla.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Tracking numbers will always be sent in a separate email to you.

Track and Trace
All of our products that require shipment will include a trace and trace number to offer peace of mind. This will be sent to you via email once your purchase has been packaged.
Shipping to P.O. boxes and Signature upon delivery
We are not able to deliver to post office boxes or private boxes. We can only ship to physical addresses. If you are not going to be home to receive your order, please have it delivered to your workplace instead.
Our packages require a signature upon delivery.
